Harte und raue Zeiten erfordern ein hartes und raues Album!
Nach dem Album „The 7th Steel“ wollten PALACE musikalisch sowie in Sachen Sound noch eins drauflegen. Mit „Reject The System“ ist es der Band gelungen, abermals ein abwechslungsreiches und das wahrscheinlich härteste Album seit der Bandgründung zu produzieren.
Mit Kai Stahlenberg arbeitete PALACE mit einem Produzenten zusammen, der genau die musikalischen Ideen und Sound-Vorstellungen der Band umsetzte und Heavy Metal im Stil der 80er in ein modernes Soundgewand zu verpacken vermochte.
Der Opener „Force Of Steel“ zeigt ganz klar die musikalische Marschrichtung des Albums an: Hart und kompromisslos!
Die Texte sind zeitgemäß: So wird unter anderem die Zerstörung der Welt („Final Call Of Destruction“) oder Mainstream-Medienmanipulation („The Faker“) thematisiert. Werte wie Ehre, Wahrheit und Gerechtigkeit werden in der Warrior-Hymne „Hail To The Metal Lord“ aufgegriffen.
„Reject The System“ bietet vom ersten bis zum letzten Song Refrains und Gitarrenriffs, die sich in eure Hirnwindungen einbrennen werden!

Heavy times require heavy albums!
Following the release of „The 7th Steel“, PALACE wanted to record an album with an even heavier sound – and so they did! „Reject The System“ turned out to be the band’s heaviest and varied album to date!
PALACE teamed up with producer Kai Stahlenberg, who honored the band’s ideas and wishes, and made sure that the band’s 80’s-style heavy metal sounds modern.
The opener „Force Of Steel“ perfectly showcases the whole album’s musical direction: Heavy and uncompromising!
The lyrics deal with contemporary topics such as the destruction of the world („Final Call Of Destruction“) or the manipulation through mainstream mass media („The Faker“). Values like honor, truth or justice play a role in the warrior hymn „Hail To The Metal Lord“.
„Reject The System“ offers catchy choruses and guitar riffs galore – from the first to the very last song!
