Der Grundgedanke für das Album „Radiant“ war von Anfang an, ehrlichen, schnörkellosen Hard Rock auf Platte zu bringen!
Alle Songs des Albums wurden mit der gesamten Band im Proberaum in ihrer Grundstruktur geschrieben und als Demo aufgenommen. So hat jeder Musiker von RADIANT seine eigenen Ideen in die Songs mit eingebracht. Durch das Zusammenspiel aller entstand ein einzigartiger Sound, der allen Bandmitgliedern von Anfang an Spaß gemacht hat. Im Studio wurde weiter an den Details gefeilt, bis alle 14 auf dem Album enthaltenen Songs, obgleich ihrer Unterschiedlichkeit, den unverkennbaren RADIANT-Sound widerspiegelten.
Jeder Fan von Bands wie Winery Dogs, Journey, 3 Doors Down, Whitesnake, Thunderhead und vor allem RADIANT kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten.
Das Markenzeichen der Band ist die kraftvolle und facettenreiche Stimme von Ausnahmesänger Herbie Langhans, der bereits in namhaften Produktionen wie Avantasia, Voodoo Circle, Sinbreed oder Beyond The Bridge überzeugte. The main idea that fueled the process of recording the album „Radiant“ was to create honest, no-frill hard rock!
All band members were present during the songwriting as well as demo recordings in the band’s rehearsal room and added their own ideas during the whole process. It’s this close interaction that is one of the reasons, why RADIANT’s unique sound turned out the way it is. They continued working on the songs in the studio until all 14 songs properly reflected the unique sound of RADIANT.
Fans of bands like Winery Dogs, Journey, 3 Doors Down, Whitesnake, Thunderhead and RADIANT, of course, will enjoy this album a lot.
One of RADIANT’s trademarks is the powerful and varied voice of the exceptional vocalist Herbie Langhans, who already proved himself with contributions to well-known productions from Avantasia, Voodoo Circle, Sinbreed or Beyond The Bridge. Other trademarks include a virtuosic bass in the vein of Billy Sheehan, powerful drums, rich guitars and high-quality guitar solos.

RADIANT ist eine fünfköpfige Hard Rock Band aus dem Norden von Deutschland.
Sie wurde 2014 von Herbie Langhans (u.a. Voodoo Circle, Avantasia) zusammen mit Flo Gottsleben und Markus Beck (beide ex-Seventh Avenue) gegründet. Das Line-up der Band wird mit Manni Spalka an den Drums sowie Carsten Stepanowicz an der Lead-Gitarre komplettiert.
Bereits der Name RADIANT (strahlend, hell) verspricht eine musikalische Neuausrichtung der ehemaligen Mitglieder der Melodic Metal Band Seventh Avenue.
Die Devise: Mehr Rock, weniger Metal, mehr Hooklines, weniger Speed – und das mit der gleichen Leidenschaft und Energie wie zuvor!
RADIANT spielen ehrliche, kraftvolle, melodische Rockmusik, die direkt ins Ohr geht. Eingängig und vielschichtig erklingt der Sound im Stil des Hard Rock der 70er und 80er Jahre.

BAND BIOGRAPHY
RADIANT is a five-piece hard rock band from Northern Germany.
Formed in 2014 by Herbie Langhans (Voodoo Circle, Avantasia) as well as Flo Gottsleben and Markus Beck (both ex-Seventh Avenue), the band was soon completed with drummer Manni Spalka and lead guitarist Carsten Stepanowicz.
The name RADIANT itself already suggests that the sound will differ from the style of Seventh Avenue.
The bands motto is: More rock, less metal, more hook lines, less speed – all executed with the same passion and energy as before!
RADIANT play honest, powerful, melodic and catchy rock music. You can look forward to a sound that resembles the catchy and varied hard rock of the 70’s and 80’s.
