Mit dem Album „Geil und Elektrisch“ melden sich die vermeintlichen Schockrocker von STONEMAN lautstark zurück. Nach diversen Sperrungen und Zensuren rund um die Gründungsmitglieder Mikki Chixx und Rico H, legen die Eidgenossen erneut in gewohnter Manier nach.
„Geil und Elektrisch“ ist ein absolut großartiges, abwechslungsreiches und zum 3. Male in deutscher Sprache geführtes Kunstwerk geworden. Die 12 Tracks bestechen erstmals durch noch nie dagewesene Härte und Kurzweil. Auch erstmalig schaffen es sogar zwei Albumsongs im Elektrogewand als Bonustracks auf das Album.
„Wir wollten einfach auch mal etwas Neues machen“, wie Rico H der das Teil produziert hat sagt.
Mit „Dein General“ und „Fremd“ ballern die Jungs dem Hörer dann direkt in die Fresse!

The alleged shock-rockers STONEMAN are back with a bang and their new album „Geil und Elektrisch“. Following various suspensions and censorships surrounding the founding members Mikki Chixx and Rico H, the Swiss come up with something new.
„Geil und Elektrisch“ is a fantastic and varied piece of art and, for the 3rd time in the band’s musical history, an album with songs in German only. The 12 tracks on the album are heavier and more diverting than on previous releases. Two songs from the album also received the electronic treatment and are featured on the album as bonus tracks.
„We simply wanted to do something new!“ – adds Rico H, who also produced the album.
The band takes no prisoners with songs like „Dein General“ or „Fremd“ – so buckle up, guys ‘n gals!
„Isn’t it nice how you can express yourself nowadays?“ – jokes front man Mikki Chixx.
The song „Niemandsland“ is very socio-critical and takes umbrage at the younger generation’s media-related craving for attention. With the album’s title track, STONEMAN once again risks yet another censorship by the omnipresent moralizers…

Chromglänzende Metallriffs und ein Trommelgewitter prallen aufeinander, wenn die Schweizer NDH/Dark Rocker von STONEMAN um die beiden Freunde Rico H (Drums) und Mikki Chixx (Vox) auf der Bühne stehen. Die unvergleichliche in deutscher Sprache geführte Signature Voice von Frontmann Mikki Chixx verleiht den hochgradig süchtig machenden Songtexten, die sich wie ein Schauermärchen anfühlen, Nachdruck.
In der Gothic- und Metal-Szene sind STONEMAN schon längst kein Geheimtipp mehr. Mit erfolgreichen Tourneen und 150 Shows in ganz Europa, konnten sie ihre zahlreichen Fans begeistern. Zwei Platzierungen in den Top 10 der Deutschen Alternative Charts, sowie diverse Auszeichnungen (u.a. als Best Live Act bei den C&D Innocent Awards) beweisen, dass STONEMAN nun endgültig zur Top-Liga der europäischen Gitarren-Bands aufgestiegen sind.
2018 scheint für die Musiker ein weiteres Erfolgsjahr zu sein, denn sie unterzeichneten bereits einen exklusiven Vertrag mit dem altehrwürdigen Label Massacre Records (Deutschland), standen gemeinsam mit den Böhsen Onkelz auf der Bühne und werden erneut als einzige Schweizer Band von der Wacken Foundation unterstützt. Das neue Album „Geil und Elektrisch“ wird bereits im Vorfeld heiß gehandelt und die kommende September-Tour wird ebenfalls sehnlichst erwartet.

Sleek metal riffs and thunderous drums collide when the Swiss NDH/Dark Rock outfit STONEMAN, around the two friends Rico H (drums) and Mikki Chixx (vox), do their thing. The incomparable signature voice of front man Mikki Chixx emphasizes the addictive lyrics, that often have a horror story vibe to it.
STONEMAN is no longer one of the best kept secrets of the gothic and metal scene. With numerous successful tours and more than 150 shows all around Europe, the band surely knows how to please their fans. They entered the Top 10 of the German Alternative Charts twice and were awarded several times – for example with a C&D Innocent Award as Best Live Act – and prove that they do have a place in the league of the top rock bands whose sound is heavy on the guitars.
2018 seems to be yet another successful year for STONEMAN, since they have signed an exclusive record deal with the German label Massacre Records and already shared the stage with Böhse Onkelz, among others. They are also once again the only Swiss band supported by the Wacken Foundation.
The new album „Geil und Elektrisch“ is already highly anticipated and a lot of people are very much looking forward to the band’s upcoming tour, taking place in September.
