Das Artwork und das lyrische Konzept von THE TRIGGERs Album symbolisieren sowohl den rapiden Verfall der Gesellschaft als auch die menschliche Schwäche. Somit wird das Zeitalter, in dem wir leben, hier sarkastisch als „The Time Of Miracles“ tituliert.
Die Beziehung zwischen den Freuden und Verlockungen der materiellen Welt und den spirituellen Bedürfnissen des Menschen dient als Hauptinspiration für die Texte und die Musik.
Nachdem sie ein Jahrzehnt lang lediglich Alben für den heimischen Markt herausgebracht und in ihrer Landessprache aufgenommen haben, haben THE TRIGGER nun drei Jahre lang in ihrem eigenen Studio hart daran gearbeitet, ihr erstes englischsprachiges Album einem internationalen Publikum präsentieren zu können.
THE TRIGGER kombinieren schwere Gitarren mit anspruchsvollen Gesangslinien. Der Fokus liegt auf eingängigen Riffs und einprägsamen Melodien, wie in dem vierminütigen, modernen Heavy-Rock-Stück „What Have We Become“. Jedoch bringen sie auch oft ihre Liebe zu Prog Rock, elektronischen Sounds und getunten Gitarren zum Ausdruck, wie zum Beispiel im neun Minuten langen Groove-Giganten „Abyss“.
THE TRIGGER verweben ihre musikalischen Einflüsse mit massivem Hard Rock und Metal und behalten die Tradition im Blick, gleichzeitig wird jedoch auch experimentiert, indem verschiedene Genres dem Mix hinzugefügt werden.
Das Herzstück dieses Soundteppichs ist Milena Branković – ihr einzigartiger Gesang ist es, der THE TRIGGER von vielen Bands – die ebenfalls das Label „Female-Fronted Metal“ tragen – abgrenzt und welche als ein perfektes Medium für die Kompositionen des Gitarristen Dušan Svilokos fungiert.

The symbolic artwork and lyrical concept of THE TRIGGER’s album both portray society’s fast decay and the weakness of human nature, sarcastically describing the age we are living in as „The Time Of Miracles“.
The relationship between the pleasures of the material world and spiritual needs of the human being is the main inspiration for the lyrics and music on the album.
After a decade of albums made for their home market and recorded in their native language only, THE TRIGGER have spent three years of painstaking work in their own studio to present its first English language album to an international audience in the best possible way.
Their music combines heavy guitars with sophisticated vocal lines. The focus is on catchy riffs and memorable melodies, as in the four-minute-long modern heavy rock piece „What Have We Become“, but at the same time THE TRIGGER often channel their love for prog rock, electronic sounds and down-tuned guitars, just as in the nine-minute-long grooving behemoth „Abyss“.
THE TRIGGER intertwines its musical influences in a fabric of solid hard rock and metal, one foot in tradition, but at the same time experimenting by adding different genres into the mix.
The centerpiece of this sound tapestry is Milena Branković – her unique vocals are what differentiates THE TRIGGER from a lot of bands who may carry the „female-fronted metal“ label as well, and it is a perfect medium for the compositions crafted by guitarist Dušan Svilokos.
